Call me crazy, but I actually enjoy washing dishes. I find that it’s a nice, easy task that I can do alone at the end of the day and feel like I’ve actually accomplished something. It might not be something big, but an empty sink is still better than one over-flowing with dishes. And my family can make some dirty dishes!! We do have a dish washer, but I find it more stressful to load the dishwasher, wait for it to finish and then have to unload it. Here’s a secret: we never actually unload it because we are too lazy. But we do put the dishes away if they are in the sink. Or at least use them again the next day. Thus, continuing the cycle.
I’ve never been married to one brand of dish soap and usually just buy what’s on sale. But the Dawn Hand Renewal with Olay Beauty Hand Renewal, has me rethinking that. This soap not only smells really good, but this simple indulgence felt like a little luxury! Dawn Hand Renewal was able to powerfully wash away grease while moisturizing my hands, leaving my dishes sparkling clean AND my hands soft.
Dawn provided me with the tools to also make an oatmeal mask to help me relax while washing dishes. I never thought of doing this, but what a great way to multitask! After applying the mask, I filled my sink with warm water and few drops of Dawn Ultra dish soap. The first thing I noticed was the ah-mazing smell of Eucalyptus and Orchids. The scent wasn’t too overpowering but just enough to make washing the dishes that much more enjoyable. Now my dishes included things like knives smeared with peanut butter, plates with caked on spaghetti sauce, something sticky on some silver wear, bowls with dried yogurt and a nasty cup of milk that had sat out over night. Just being honest here! No worries! Dawn Ultra took care of it all and with ease! Dawn Ultra, while soft on your hands, has not cut back on the power to get through some serious grease and grime.
Before I even knew it, the dishes were done and my mask was dry. After rinsing off the mask, I realized that not only did my hands feel incredibly soft but my face did too! In a short time, I had clean dishes, soft hands and hydrated skin. Not a bad way to spend 5 minutes at the end of my day! So if you are looking to indulge in simple luxuries this summer, Dawn Renewal is the way to go. It can powerfully wash away grease while moisturizing your hands, leaving your dishes sparkling clean and your hands smooth and soft.
