Tips and Tricks to Concert Like a PRO :: Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS World Tour

Here are the TOP tips and tricks to make your concert going experience more fun ::
PARKING :: Know exactly where to park and get in faster by prepaying for your spot! Starts at $40. Visit Smoothie King Center website to purchase parking in advance. If you do not want to park at the Smoothie King Center, New Orleans Mom has some other options HERE.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE MAKE SURE YOU CONSIDER ::
- CLEAR BAG POLICY :: All bags are prohibited other than clear vinyl bags no larger than 14″ wide x 14″ height x 6″ deep, Gallon Size Ziploc Bags (Limit 1 of either) and Small Clutch Purses no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. Non-clear Diaper bags are prohibited.
- CASHLESS OPERATIONS :: Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Smoothie King Center. Guests may convert their cash to a Visa Card at Guest Service locations throughout the Arena at Sections 104 & 304.
- PROHIBITED ITEMS :: Outside Food & Drink, Cans, Bottles, Weapons, Fireworks, Contraband, Video Cameras, Cameras with lens exceeding 6”, Recording Devices, Sticks/poles/Selfie Sticks, iPads, GoPros, Confetti, Glitter, Beach balls, Laser Pointers, Mace, Artificial Noisemakers, Drones, Whistles and Containers of any kind are prohibited on the Smoothie King Center property. Any other items determined unacceptable by management will also be prohibited.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ARRIVAL ::
- GA PIT PATRONS -Numbered wristbands for the GA Pit are being distributed a couple hours before doors open. An email will be sent to all VIP Patrons with exact times and location. You will enter at East Ground South doors, adjacent to Lot 3A.
- RESERVED FLOOR SEAT PATRONS – We highly recommend entering through East Ground North doors adjacent to LOT 3.
- DOORS OPEN at 6:30PM
- ARRIVE EARLY and plan for traffic and long entry lines
