We Tried Fire Flow Yoga :: Top 5 Reasons You Should Too

There is yoga, and then there is Fire Flow. If you are ready to take your yoga practice to the next level, Fire Flow is 100% for you.

Located in the heart of Magazine Street, this hot yoga studio is perfect for anyone looking to get a good workout or try something different

Here are a few reasons why you should give them a try:

1. It is a great workout!

In the hustle and bustle of our lives, stress can take a toll on both our physical and mental health. Enter Fire Flow – you’ll be so immersed in the experience, that you won’t be able to think of anything else. The high temperature of the studio not only helps to release toxins from your body but also promotes mental clarity and relaxation. As we flowed through different poses in the warmth, I found that my body became more open, allowing me to achieve deeper postures each time.

2. It’s Fun!

Don’t go to Fire Flow expecting just a run-of-the-mill yoga class. They keep the lights off in the studio, which I love, and play dance/hip-hop music throughout.

The fast-paced flows keep you moving while the diverse selection of music keeps you motivated when you feel tired throughout the workout. Not to mention the super cool graffiti wall that you can look at as you work out.

3. It’s a Diverse and Inclusive Space

For me, diverse and inclusive spaces are an integral part of any yoga studio. Personally, I need an environment where people from all walks of life can come together to experience the transformative power of yoga together. Fire Flow was welcoming to all body types and levels, and the vibe of the studio really celebrates the uniqueness of every practitioner, regardless of age, race, gender, ability, or background.

4. Go at Your Own Pace

Because the lights are off, you feel as if you are in your own element. No one is able to actually see if you are able to keep up with the flows or judge you if you are doing something wrong. I also like the fact that if you cannot keep up you can just either stretch in a child’s pose or lie on the mat and meditate in the sauna-like room and take in the great benefits of the infrared lights. Being that I’m not fully advanced in yoga I found myself in a child’s pose during most of the workout. The best part of this experience was that it was super challenging but I still felt good afterward.

5. Memberships for any budget

Fire Flow offers many different membership packages that can be budget-friendly. Whether you just want to drop in for a day or have a monthly subscription, it’s definitely worth it. You can visit their website here to see what they have to offer. Plus memberships include a mat, towel, water bottle, etc!

If you are ready to embrace the heat, Fire Flow Hot Yoga offers an experience that’s both invigorating and fun. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, physical fitness, or a deeper connection with yourself, Fire Flow has something to offer you.
