Target Curbside Pickup is coming!
Well, we sure hope it is anyway.
A few years ago, Target began testing curbside pickup. Unfortunately, it did not make it to the New Orleans market and was shut down in early 2016.
However, they are back in the game!! They are currently testing Curbside Pickup 2.0 in Twin Cities, and they hope to expand to other markets in the near future.
The concept is simple- place your order online, arrive at the designated time to allotted parking spaces and, voilà, receive your oder without getting out of the car!
We already know and love the curbside option from Walmart. If Target adds one as well, we may never have to hunt for our kids’ other shoe on the way out the door again. One shoe? No problem! Wanna wear your PJs? Fine. We’re not getting out of the car!
Of course, we love shopping inside Target and still expect to wander aimlessly around the store from time to time, as we escape our husbands, kids and adulting, but if the New Orleans Target gets curbside pickup, it will be a total game changer, don’t you think??
