This Cajun Skillet may not look like much, but it packs a flavorful punch!

Steps:

  1. Cut up your sausage and vegetables.
  2. Add a splash of olive oil, sausage, all veggies, and a sprinkle of Tony’s seasoning to a skillet.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes and serve! Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

If you want to add more protein and deliciousness, you can add shrimp! Sometimes, I meal prep this for the week. I love having some healthy leftovers in the fridge to grab on the run. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my kids enjoy this recipe as well! Clean up is also quick and easy with only 1 skillet and 1 cutting board utilized in preparation of this meal.

I love to have this prepped and in the fridge for quick and easy lunches at work. I started using this recipe years ago and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet! I circle back to it every month! It’s in the official meal planning rotation.

Give this Cajun skillet a try and let me know how you like it!
