My Ten Favorite Places To Get Free Perks On Your Birthday
Cue the confetti cannons, put on all the sequins and sparkles because it’s a celebration! You know what we are celebrating. A birthday of course. Not just mine, but everyone!
For my birthday month, I get a ton of emails with so many birthday perks. I’m sure you all have some of your favorite places that you go to for birthday celebrations. What are birthday celebrations without discounts and free stuff?! This is the best marketing promotion (in my opinion) even if I am spending my own money, to treat myself on my day.
With the millions of places out there, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite places that offer cool birthday perks for your special day!
Starbucks – Get your favorite coffee in any size for free, either on the app or in-store. I wish they had a perk for a free tumbler though! I would really love that.
CCs coffee – Free Grande coffee? Yes, please! My favorite is the Espresso 22 with sugar-free caramel and almond milk.
Reginelli’s Pizza – They offer a free dessert on your birthday.
Krispy Kreme– You can get a free dozen glazed donuts!
Buffalo Wild Wings – Let them know it’s your birthday, and you can get 6 wings for free.
Build a Bear – This one is for the kiddos. Did you know that if you go in Build a Bear, you can get a birthday bear priced for the age that the special person is turning? I mean who doesn’t love a bear for five dollars? But this perk is only for a certain bear. I suggest calling ahead to see if they have the birthday bear in stock before you go.
Kendra Scott – I discovered Kendra Scott about 4 years ago, at a NOLA MOM event, and fell in love. Just go in and show them proof that it’s your birthday month, and you get 50% off the jewelry and 20% off the home items they sell.
Nothing Bundt Cake – They offer a free bundt cake.
Dunkin Donuts – You can get a free beverage of your choice.
Smoothie King – Get a $2 dollar @20oz smoothie
Your favorite retail store– Any place that offers memberships, you can sign up and get (depending on the store) a percentage off items in their store.
To redeem these fun rewards, be sure to sign up for the rewards programs. Some places allow you to just show proof, but it’s easier to sign up for the rewards.
Also, if you are worried about spam and so many emails throughout the year, create an email just for stores and marketing. That way you can keep them all together away from the important ones.
