  • For Garnish, Fresh cranberries (if none available, fresh raspberries work as well)

  2. Top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig and Cranberries (or raspberries). Enjoy!

Apple Cider Mimosa

Continuing the Champagne cocktails train. This Mimosa is also quick and easy. It adds a fall flavor twist to the traditional Mimosa. I personally like to use the Trader Joe’s Spiced Apple Cider for the cocktail.

  • 3 ounces (roughly) of Champagne
  • 2 Tablespoons of Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon

  1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon well and place on a plate. You can substitute cinnamon sugar already made from the spice section of your local grocery store.
  2. Wet the rims of the Champagne glasses and dip the rims in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Fill the glass with the apple cider and then top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy!
