Amanda, a native New Orleanian, spent 8 years in Baton Rouge pursuing her undergraduate and graduate education. She married her college sweetheart and his career brought them home to New Orleans. Soon thereafter, they discovered they were expecting their first child and before he turned one, they learned another surprise blessing was on the way. Amanda worked full time as an attorney but scaled her practice back when they relocated to the Northshore. They recently welcomed their 3rd child and son. They love the laid back pace of the Northshore. When Amanda is not working you can find her at Franco’s or chasing after her three boys. When she gets a moment to herself she enjoys nights out with girlfriends, a good book, and cooking. All of which are enhanced with a glass of wine in hand.Angelina was born and raised in New Orleans and returned home after graduating from LSU (once she realized she was broke and in need of a real job). Angelina is a work from home mom and co-owns Papillon Social Media with fellow executive team member Myndee. She's a foodie, wino and snowball addict who enjoys yoga, barre and fueling her makeup addiction with trips to Sephora. Weekends are filled with happy hour play dates, family bike rides, trips to the farmer’s market, and attempts to make it through Sunday mass with kids.Catherine followed her college sweetheart (and now wife) Claire to New Orleans after they both graduated from the University of Georgia. She is a twin mom, a stay at home mom, a boy mom, a Disney mom, and a 2 mom family mom...just to name a few. She throws a mean toddler play date and loves to host small humans in her home for themed out events! Her parenting mantra is "embrace the chaos", and there is plenty of that when raising twin boys! She divides her attention between books, friends, family, and Mardi Gras. When she’s not working, Jen enjoys being active and adventurous. She can be found walking at the park, taking yoga classes, and swinging Kettlebells around the city. Those days are for couch time, completing puzzles, or playing video games with her two kids, husband, and a variety of furry critters... plus the occasional frog.Karen is a former NICU nurse turned work-from-home mom. Karen found “blogging” when she was transplanted to New Orleans for her husband’s fellowship. In an effort to find community and connection she reached out to the women of the New Orleans Moms Blog. Her role has morphed several times from contributor to Events & Sales Coordinator and now Sales Manager. She recently moved back to South Florida but strives to carry the spirit, spunk and fun of New Orleans with her. Currently her days are spent running from the grocery store to pre-school pick up while simultaneously fielding sales calls and scheduling sponsored posts and social media. Her favorite past times include drinking wine, “trying” to love working out, and explaining the difference between mommy blogging and FULL FLEDGED PARENTING WEBSITES.Lindsay is a native New Orleanian, displaced only by her years at Mississippi State, where she earned a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries and a minor in English. Their son Bennett joined the family in 2010, and in 2014 they welcomed identical twin girls, Genevieve and Kellen Clair. She now works full time as an Environmental Scientist and part-time as NOMB’s resident Jill of All Trades. Powered by espresso, cake, and craft beer, her happy place is on a beach or in the woods.
