Crescent City Ninja Academy :: A Must Visit For New Orleans Kids!

Crescent City Ninja Academy recently opened up at 1539 Lafayette Street in Gretna (on the Westbank of New Orleans), so of course we went to check it out to bring you all of the details. Taking over the space where Area 51 used to be, this new facility is nestled away in the perfect spot on the Westbank! This 4,000 square foot fitness arena is unlike anything in the New Orleans area, and this is this only dedicated ninja warrior training facility in Louisiana. The Crescent City Ninja Academy team prides themselves on being built on positivity and support, and you truly feel that the minute you walk through the door and are greeted by their friendly faces.

Being competitors themselves, the owners of Crescent City Ninja Academy have paired up with some of the best in the business to bring you a true ninja experience. They will be offering comprehensive ninja training classes for ages 5 and up, for all ability levels from beginner to elite. You do not have to have any prior ninja experience to give this a try! Designed to get your child active, watch as they perfect their skills while being coached by professional ninjas! These seasoned athletes bring years of experience and expertise to the table, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and guidance. With their knowledge and passion for the ninja arts, they create a supportive and inspiring atmosphere that encourages growth and fosters a sense of community among members. They offer membership options starting at $115 a month, drop in classes, and also open play times where everyone can join.

Prior to signing up for a Crescent City Ninja Academy membership or open gym, you are required to go in for a free trial class. That way you can try it out, learn how to do the obstacles, and most importantly – be safe!

The facility itself is so impressive! It has been beautifully redone and every space carefullythings to do inside with kids in New Orleans thought out. They have a large common area in the main lobby, flanked by three party rooms. Two of these rooms have colorful tables perfect for birthday party celebrations and can be separated with a divider if needed. The third room has been hand painted and will be a fun space for ninjas birthday party guests of honor to sign their wall. They also have an arcade basketball game for added entertainment! They will be holding fun filled camps and also exciting competitions! While we were leaving, they were hosting a cornhole tournament in their space that night, and they plan to host many more events. You can book them for birthday parties and custom team building events as well! They have multiple party packages to choose from and have partnered up with Bae’s Bakery for all of your cake needs to make things easy – every parent’s dream.
