Las Cruces Tex-Mex is Coming to Metairie This Week!

Queso and Margaritas anyone?

Kids and adults can both agree that Tex-Mex food is delicious. Both can find something yummy to eat on the menu. If you haven’t heard, a new Tex-Mex restaurant is heading to Metairie. Las Cruces Tex-Mex is currently under construction to open on the corner of N. Labarre Road off of Airline Highway. (This is right behind the Planet Fitness and underneath the Causeway circle.)

Set to open Friday, September 29, Las Cruces looks to bring in Metairie families for some fun and relaxing dining.

With a bar for happy hour for adults and table seating, families won’t have to venture far for some delicious fajitas or tacos. The restaurant will be opening for breakfast as well. Located at 2935 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA, folks can easily access the restaurant from Metairie or driving distance from Uptown.

The newest creation from the owners of Central City BBQ, they hope to bring a mix of smoked meats to Tex-Mex food. This new mix would give Las Cruces exclusive and unique flavors to Metairie patrons.

With both indoor and outdoor sitting, families can comfortably enjoy their meals and relax. The 9,000-square-foot restaurant will have roughly 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, and an indoor 100-person capacity events room. The venue is large enough to allow for live music once the restaurant is able to establish itself. With parking available, patrons won’t be spending half of their time looking for a spot.

Metairie, are you ready? I know I am. That freshly juiced margarita has my name on it!
