If you haven’t heard of the great deals from Aldi grocery stores already, then you need to pay attention. Grab a pen and paper. Make your grocery list. Thank me later.
Aldi is a family-owned German discount supermarket. They were founded in Germany in the 1940s and migrated to the United States in the late 1970s. Little by little, they have been expanding state by state. Aldi is marketed as high-quality items for discounted prices.
This year, Aldi has taken their discount prices a step forward. Aldi is rolling back prices on all of their Thanksgiving items for the price folks paid for them in 2019. Yep, no inflation here. To help its customers, turkey, cranberries, potatoes, ham, biscuits, stuffing; you name it … they have discounted the prices. Told you that you would thank me.
The campaign is called the Thanksgiving Price Rewind. Items with the Rewind sticker are discounted for this holiday season. Currently, the only available Aldi location is in Slidell (137 Northshore Blvd, Slidell, LA 70460). It is absolutely worth the field trip for the discounted food items. While out there, grab some of their great dips or hummus for Thanksgiving appetizers. Aldi is known for carrying various items besides food. Pick up Thanksgiving decorations and table settings or even purchase some Christmas decorations while you’re there. I even got my daughter some Frozen Anna/Elsa house slippers for $1.98. Yes, you read that right! $1.98!
I personally purchased all of my Thanksgiving ingredients for our holiday meal all for under $100 for a family of 5.
Happy Thanksgiving! Check out Aldi and save some money this Thanksgiving!
