February 14th may be for romance (unless you’ve been married forever and have small children), but February 13th is for girl talk and giggles. Yes, there is an unofficial date for Galentine’s Day. Do you celebrate with your best gals? If you don’t, definitely consider it for this year. I always say that we are so lucky to live in a city with so many great spots to have a good time. Here is my list of go-to Galentine’s spots.
SoBou is hosting a bubbles and bites event for Galentine’s Day on 2/13 from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. Event specials include $12 glasses of Veuve Rose’, special bites 2 for $15, a photo op area, and more!
Ralph’s Galentine’s Day Happy Hour will combine cocktails with shopping! From 5:30 – 7:30 pm enjoy $5 bar bites, a $20 flight of premium champagne, and shopping from Phina.
Frose’ anyone?! I am obsessed with Willa Jean’s frose’ and excited to enjoy it with a heart-shaped conversation cookie! They are available February 11th – 15th for $5/ each, and they will all have fun phrases on them.
Do you know about one of the best lunch specials in town? It isn’t an official Galentine’s Day special, in fact, it runs all winter and they do it other times throughout the year. For $20.20 (the price is always the year), you get a fantastic 3-course lunch! There is always a daily cocktail special as well. My bestie and I go at least three times a year.
Bubbles and King Cake Beignets. Need I say more? Oh well, how about CRAWFISH QUESO?! The Vintage is one of my new favorite spots for girls’ night. It is perfect for Galentine’s Day. I always enjoy a glass of champs, but their Lolita Margarita is hard to resist.
When was your last girls’ night? If it has been a while (or not), use Galentine’s Day as your excuse to assemble the squad.
