Executive Functioning Informational Sessions for Parents

Join us for one of our two executive functioning informational sessions. The sessions are approximately 60 minutes long and a free community service provided by Jefferson Speech & Language Center. Executive functions include planning, organizing, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility. They are integral to academic and everyday life.
The sessions include:
1. An introduction to executive functions, what are they?, what do EF weaknesses look like in life and in the classroom?
2. Homework time
3. Metacognition
Where: Mid-City Library at 4140 Canal St. There is parking in the back
